“Why We Quilt” Trunk Show with Nancy Roelfsema

Nancy started sewing at a very young age, making clothes for her dolls and later

for herself.  She came from a large family of 10 kids and making a new outfit for herself

was the only way to get something new.  Nancy now has a YouTube channel, “OnPoint-TV”

which has 68,000 subscribers and over 415 videos.

Lecture:  Nancy  states “when you get to the core of quilting it is done for love”.  We quilt

to keep people warm by covering our loved ones with fabric hugs and fill our home with

inspiring colors.  We share love when we gift a quilt or donate quilts to charities in

our communities and beyond.  Nancy will take us through her history, love for fabric and quilt design.
