Fusing and Fabric Painting to Create Realistic Fabric Art

In this lecture/demo, Lenore’s fusing technique will be shown through lecture slides and demonstration. She will demonstrate how to create a small fused project working from a photo transferred to freezer paper and then muslin. Her fusing technique using Misty Fuse™ will be shown along with her fabric painting on the finished design which adds depth and detail to the piece. She then finishes the piece with batting, backing, and free-motion sewing, changing threads constantly to add even more depth to the finished piece.
